This High Intensity Interval Training style workout will challenge you to complete exercises for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. Once you complete the exercises you use the rest of the minute to rest until the next minute starts. This 4-week, twice per week program, designed for beginner to intermediate level participants, will allow you to progress with all types of resistance bands.
