Orland Park is home to multiple veterans groups that provide services to fellow Veterans, their families and the community. Learn more about these groups below.

VFW Orland-Palos Post 2604: VFW Orland/Palos’ mission is to foster camaraderie among United States veterans of overseas conflicts; to serve our veterans, the military, and our communities, as well as advocate on behalf of all veterans. Please PRINT and complete the application AND come to the next General meeting on the third Wednesday of the month. OR mail the application form, membership fee ($42 by check) and COPY of your DD214 to: Veterans of Foreign Wars – Orland / Palos Post 2604 Attn: Membership 15045 West Ave., Orland Park, IL 60462-0587 Veterans Voices: Veterans Voices is a local group of veterans of the armed forces of the United States of America. Its mission is to support and assist the greater community of veterans in the area and the U.S.A. All veterans discharged under honorable conditions are welcome. No dues or fees required. American Legion Post 526 Memorial Post 111: The Amercian Legion is the nation’s largest Wartime veterans service organization aimed at advocating patriotism across the U.S as well as help Veterans in need. Prospective members must have served at least one day of active military duty, and was honorably discharged or are still serving honorably. Those interested in membership may find the application online at orlandmemorialpost111.org and mail the application form, a copy of their DD214 or current Military ID and $40 for annual membership fee to: Orland Memorial Post 111, P.O.
