SPORTSPLEX PARTY FEES UP TO 20 PARTICIPANTS* Resident $160 | Non-resident $220 Sportsplex Member $150 ( Fees are based on the residence of the birthday child) • Over 20 guests— Additional $5 per child (only available for gym & field parties— 25 guests maximum) • Rock Wall & Nerf Parties are limited to 20 party participants– No exceptions. • Please limit party attendance to adult hosts & participants. A variety of party packages are available to celebrate birthdays, the end of a sports season, a scouting event or any special occasion. Sportsplex parties are for participants ages 5 years and older. Nerf gun parties are for ages 8 years and older. You provide refreshments, cake, paper products and party favors. The Recreation & Parks Department will provide two party hosts, a party area and the fun! Parties are reserved on a first come, first served basis. Reservations and payment for your party may be completed in person at the Sportsplex registration office. Advance notice of 10 business days is required for all party bookings or changes. Full payment is required at the time of the reservation. The Sportsplex offers a towering 32’ climbing rock, equipped with 8 ropes, 6 leads and 4 auto belays. We invite you to discover a new kind of fitness challenge that is fun for everyone 5 years and older. Hours do not apply during School Days Off. 1. All climbers must check in at Sports Central each time they intend to participate in open climbs or classes. 2. Sports Central will provide a wristband which must be worn while climbing. Wristbands that have been removed are invalid. 3. Use during open climbs is accommodated on a first come, first served basis. 4. Bouldering is NOT permitted. The use of the climbing wall without the use of a top rope or auto belay is NOT permitted. 5. Staff will hook and unhook the auto belay ropes. The climber will not hook or unhook the auto belay themselves. 6. When descending the wall, climbers should push their feet flat against the wall to assure a safe descent. 7. Athletic shoes are required (no sandals, flip-flops or open toe shoes). 8. No drop-in parties allowed in lounge area. DAILY FEES: Resident $4 | Non-resident $7 FREE TO MEMBERS DROP-IN “CLIMB TIME” HOURS Starting August 14, 2023 Monday-Friday: 4:00p–7:00p Saturday: 11:00a–3:00p Sunday: 3:00p–6:00p GROUP CLIMBS Get your friends, community group or organization together and reserve your time at “ THE ROCK .” By reserving it for a group climb, you are guaranteed exclusive use of the wall during that time. A minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 climbers is required to reserve a time slot. Reservations must be made at least 10 business days in advance. See available times below. SCHOOL DAYS OFF AT THE SPORTSPLEX WHEN SCHOOL’S OUT...FUN IS IN! Participate in open gym and open field play at the Sportsplex during your day off from school. “The Rock” climbing wall will be available at an additional fee. Limited capacity.

KID ROCK Rock climbing is a great alternative fitness opportunity that will improve strength, coordination and flexibility, plus it’s a lot of fun! Participants will learn all aspects of indoor rock climbing including basic skills, safety concepts and proper commands. Awards will be presented at the last class. No class November 22.

ROCK CLIMBING WINTER BREAK CAMP

This camp will include climbing commands, knot tying, use of the belay device and climbing techniques. Games and competitions will also be part of the camp.
