BODY SCULPTING WORKOUT Body Sculpting Workout is for exercise and weightlifting enthusiasts of all levels whose goal is to build lean, shapely muscles. This class will focus on optimizing muscle tone and growth with maximum efficiency. It will include innovative, alternative and productive body sculpting workouts for ideal results. No class March 31
BALLET BARRE FUSION Join the dance party that tones the body and helps with stretching. This 55-minute class is a combination of ballet, Pilates and toning at the ballet barre. These exercises will condition the total body including belly, glutes and thighs. No class March 29 & 31.

BOXING STRENGTH/CONDITIONING/RECOVERY NEW This is a full body workout with emphasis in boxing routines with sled, ropes, and a few rounds of burnout on the heavy bag, ending in yoga recovery. This is a class to burn calories and HIIT overall. No class March 27.

Boxing fundamentals including jump rope, ladder drills, dynamic stretch, shadow box, heavy bag, speed, and mitt work will make this a full HIIT workout. No class April 1.
RESISTANCE BAND BODY WORK This half-hour class is an intense workout with different resistance bands for legs, arms, chest, back and abs. A full body workout in half the time! No class March 31.

ROWING TO TONE Rowing is one of the best workouts! The movement will strengthen the core, arms and back, as well as build cardiovascular endurance. This workout incorporates stations with weights to burn out the muscles until fatigued. No class March 28.
