HIIT is a high intensity interval based workout for adults. This class will combine weights with plyos, medicine ball training into a HIIT style class. It is designed to shred fat and build muscle to get you into your best shape quickly! No class March 28.

Each session incorporates TRX suspension strength training combined with dynamic bodyweight exercises to strengthen, tone and shred. This class is intended for intermediate to advanced levels. No class March 31.
