DEVELOPMENT SERVICES The mission of the Development Services Department is to enhance the quality of life in the community through long term planning, and development design review, as well as to promote economic growth by encouraging neighborhood investment, business expansion, business retention, and community revitalization.

In 2023, Development Services welcomed a myriad of new businesses to Orland Park, guided new developments through the Plan Commission, and continued restructuring our development processes.
