PILATES REFORMER GROUP TRAINING Pilates is a non-impact, full-body exercise that works the deep intrinsic muscles of the core and helps coordinate mind, body and breath. The exercises are performed on mats or specialized equipment to strengthen muscles, flexibility and improve coordination. Intermediate students should have taken at least five beginner sessions. No class the week of November 25-30.

PILATES MAX Pilates Max is a combo workout using the Pilates reformer, tower and chair with various exercises for stretching and lengthening of the muscles. Over 100 exercises can be done on the Pilates equipment which will work all muscle groups with focus on core. Great workout for Intermediate level. No class November 26 & 30.
JOE’S GYM This is an independent/class hybrid. The perfect blend between group classes and private sessions for the intermediate Pilates practitioner. Each workout will be self-guided and self-paced with the assistance of an instructor. A semi-personalized workout will be provided by the instructor. While you move through your workout, the instructor will be there to correct form and alignment, allowing you to work at your own level while receiving personalized attention. Prerequisite-Must be taking two group classes per week or one private session per week. For more information, call the Fitness Manager at 708.403.6285. No class November 26
GIRLS NIGHT OUT YOGA FUN Grab your friends to come enjoy a unique and fun ladies night out as you are guided through an introduction to aerial yoga. This is your chance to try something new and empowering. No need for experience in aerial, this class will provide accessible poses and tricks for all levels. We’ll then take some time to socialize afterward.
