TRIPLE THREAT Triple Threat is designed for those looking to increase their overall strength, cardiac output and improve core strength and stability. This program provides individuals with a fun yet challenging approach to weightlifting. We will meet twice a week for four weeks. Strength will be evaluated at the beginning and end of your program to measure your progress. This small group style training is limited to six participants per class – sign up while space is available! Classes will include a predesigned set of exercises and repetitions that you repeat for a fixed time frame with the goal of maximizing intensity and efficiency. Your routines will be inclusive to all equipment using resistance bands, kettlebells, barbells and more. This type of training model can help increase strength, stamina and overall health. STAY BALANCED This fun and challenging special program will help you improve your balance and reduce your risk of fall. Each class will include a variety of exercises designed to strengthen your leg muscles, improve your balance and make everyday activities easier to perform.
