FAMILY SWIM Enjoy some splash time! Members and guests of all ages will have access to the lap pool and family changing rooms. Our goal is to provide a safe and fun environment for all. All Family Swim times will be staffed with a lifeguard for your safety. Call Center for exact dates DAY/TIME: Select Sundays / 11 AM-1 PM AGE: All ages LOCATION: O rland Park Health & Fitness Center, Lap Pool FEE: Kids Club Member FREE* Resident $8 | Non-resident $12 DATES: Family Swim Rules: • Children MUST always be accompanied by a parent/guardian. • Children 3 years and under are required to wear a swim diaper. • Participants must use the Family Changing Rooms as children are not permitted in the locker rooms. • Two towels are allowed per person. • The Center will provide water toys, no personal toys allowed. • Participants MUST stay in the Lap Pool (82 degrees), the last 2 lanes are designated for lap swimmers. • Any Family Swim participants must sign in and pay the fee, if applicable. No exceptions will be made. Complimentary guest passes cannot be used for Family Swim. * Fees are per person and children must be OPHFC members.

AQUA ZUMBA ® Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding low impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to your fitness routine. With less impact on joints, water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles! Join us for this fun, new cardio class! Ongoing DAY/TIME: Wednesday / 10 AM-10:45 AM AGE: 12 and up LOCATION: Orland Park Health & Fitness Center, Lap Pool FEE: Member FREE Resident $12 | Non-resident $22 MS AQUA This class is designed for individuals with MS. Participants will achieve improvements in muscular strength, balance, coordination, and an increase in circulation. Water exercises help to reduce spasticity and maintain or improve joint flexibility and range of motion. Ongoing DAY/TIME: W, F / 11 AM-11:45 AM AGE: 12 and up LOCATION: Orland Park Health & Fitness Center, Lap Pool FEE: Member FREE Resident $12 | Non-resident $22 DATE: SENIOR AQUA This class will focus on light cardiovascular conditioning and basic toning exercises. Equipment will be used. PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS

Our Center now offers private swim lessons conducted by a certified Lifeguard and Water Safety Instructor. Private swim lessons are for participants 6 months of age and older. All levels of swimmers welcome. Children 15 years old and under will need a parent present during their lesson. All participants are required to complete a 10–15-minute entrance exam to gauge their swimming level. Individual lessons and lesson packages are available.
