I SPEAK SPANISH! FOR KIDS

CHESS SCHOLARS Develop your child’s intellect through the royal game of chess! Current research has shown a strong link between chess and academic performance in a variety of areas including mathematics and language arts. Also, chess has been proven to enhance children’s motivation, concentration, focus, social skills and creativity. No previous knowledge of chess necessary. Each class will consist of a fun interactive teaching period and guided practice time. Both beginner and experienced players are welcome and will get to the next level under the guidance of an experienced Chess Scholars coach.

Expand your child's world! Introduce your child to the Spanish language in this Spanish immersion class developed especially for very young learners. Children will be immersed in the Spanish language through fun and educational activities and music. Each session covers new material! No class October 14 & November 25.
