IMPROVE YOUR SCORE WITH GOLF MOBILITY AND CONDITIONING PERSONAL TRAINING Swing Analysis: Uses video analysis to determine the TPI “Big 12” common swing characteristics. Several of these characteristics have a detrimental effect on body health and are directly related to how the body functions, known as the Body-Swing Connection. ™ 15-Movement Physical Screen: Your physical capabilities will be evaluated using the TPI screen. This will result in an understanding of how you move and how it correlates to the golf swing. This helps to quickly identify key areas that may be holding a golfer back from playing their best. Golf Conditioning: Using the information from the two previous steps, You’ll receive a custom golf conditioning program. First, to correct any limitations or weakness within the body as it relates to the golf swing. Secondly, increase mobility and strength within the golf swing to improve performance.
