DROP SET EXPRESS This class will consist of 30 minutes of continual Drop Sets with little to no down time, targeting every muscle group in each session. Drop sets are the technique for continuing an exercise with a lower weight once muscle failure has been achieved at a higher weight, allowing you to do many back-to-back sets on the same muscle group without rest time in between. This method of strength training will no doubt provide you with the most bang for your buck! No Class July 5

BASEBALL OFF SEASON

NEW

Class is designed for serious Travel Players or those trying out who want to improve and get ready for high school or college baseball. Emphasis will be on hitting power or pitching velocity. Focus will be on medicine ball / rotational strength training to work on sport specific power. Program will also emphasize proper mobility to work on being able to get into right positions to reduce power. No class July 6.

KIDS YOGA CAMP

NEW

Yoga camp combines music, play and imaginative storytelling as we move through poses mindfully. Each class opens with a yoga inspired game followed by a yoga flow to fit the day’s theme.

SPORTS CONDITIONING FOR KIDS

MUSCLE & TONE EXPRESS

CORE, TRX & WEIGHTS This class will keep you moving while training your whole body and working every muscle. Class will use the suspension training system (TRX), free weights and the BOSU for some core work. Get ready to get in the best shape ever. No class July 1.

In this 30 minute class, participants will be set up in individual weight lifting stations to optimize their weight lifting effectiveness and efficiency. Each station will train and tone all muscle groups evenly with no lag time, ensuring the participants get the most out of each and every session. No class July 4.

Blend of speed, agility, power and strength training geared to help any young athletes prepare for their upcoming seasons. This will help all young athletes focus and achieve their individual performance goals. No class July 6
