PILATES REFORMER GROUP TRAINING Pilates is a non-impact, full-body exercise that works the deep intrinsic muscles of the core and helps coordinate mind, body and breath. The exercises are performed on mats or specialized equipment to strengthen muscles, flexibility and improve coordination. Intermediate students should have taken at least five beginner sessions. No class the week of June 30 to July 6.

PILATES REFORMER 11-WEEK SPECIAL Pilates is a non-impact, full-body exercise that works the deep intrinsic muscles of the core and helps coordinate mind, body and breath. The exercises are performed on mats or specialized equipment to strengthen muscles, flexibility and improve coordination. No classes July 3 & 5.
JOE’S GYM This is an independent/class hybrid. The perfect blend between group classes and private sessions for the intermediate Pilates practitioner. Each workout will be self-guided and self-paced with the assistance of an instructor. A semi-personalized workout will be provided by the instructor. While you move through your workout, the instructor will be there to correct form and alignment, allowing you to work at your own level while receiving personalized attention. Prerequisite-Must be taking two group classes per week or one private session per week. For more information, call the Fitness Mananger at 708.403.6285.
