Students will learn about the vast universe surrounding them. Students will be challenged with replicating a solar system using the LEGO WeDo™ Kit. During their build, they will learn how gravity affects orbits of planets as well as their moons. No class March 27.

MACHINES AND CONTRAPTIONS

Children will use engineering and physics concepts as they work in teams under guided instruction to build a different model using LEGO TECHNIC bricks each class. Explore the scientific method and engineering design process as we use it in the real world. Children should have some level of building experience.
