TRIPLE THREAT Triple Threat is designed for those looking to increase their overall strength, cardiac output and improve core strength and stability. This program provides individuals with a fun yet challenging approach to weightlifting. We will meet twice a week for four weeks. Strength will be evaluated at the beginning and end of your program to measure your progress. This small group style training is limited to six participants per class – sign up while space is available! EMOM is an acronym that stands for ‘every minute on the minute’. This High Intensity Interval Training style workout will challenge you to complete exercises for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. Once you complete the exercises you use the rest of the minute to rest until the next minute starts. This class is designed to help build muscular strength, increase stamina, lower body fat percentage and improve core strength. DAY/TIME: Thursday / 9:30a-10:15a AGE: 12 and up LOCATION: O rland Park Health & Fitness Center FEE: Member $95 Resident $100 | Non-resident $110 STAY BALANCED This class is designed for anyone looking to enhance their balance or regain some of the balance they have lost over time. It is especially important for individuals to maintain balance as they age, decreasing the risk for falls and injuries. Many times, people don’t realize that their balance has decreased until it is too late. This class will teach people how to avoid falls through a series of exercises designed to increase core and leg strength and properly maintain equilibrium, all while making everyday activities easier to perform. STRONG30 Strong30 (HIIT) is a high-intensity, full body, no equipment workout where every single cardio and muscle-conditioning move is perfectly synced to original music. Instead of counting reps, you train to the beat, pushing past your limits and torching more calories. Torch + Tone in 30 minutes like never before. All levels welcome!
