CORE ON THE MAT Develop neglected muscle groups with the classic Pilates Mat exercises while integrating weights into the workout. This class is suitable for students of all levels. No class November 28.

QIGONG CLASS A Chinese system of physical

BASEBALL ROTATIONAL POWER Class is designed for serious Travel Players or those trying out who want to improve and get ready for high school or college baseball. Emphasis will be on hitting power or pitching velocity. Focus will be on medicine ball/rotational strength training to work on sport specific power. Program will also emphasize proper mobility to work on being able to get into right positions to reduce power. No class November 29.
