GENTLE YOGA A beginner yoga class designed to meet the needs of seniors and other participants with special needs. Chairs will be used. Each class will include a variety of exercises designed to strengthen you core and leg muscles, improve your balance and make everyday activities easier to perform. TAI CHI A flowing combination of stretching, breathing and low-impact movements that is known to improve circulation, mobility and a sense of wellbeing. This class helps improve the health of your bladder, bowel movements and intimate activities. Men and women will learn to breathe into the pelvis and to create optimized feelings of wellness. Join us for this moderate-intensity class. We will focus on muscular endurance and stability by utilizing suspension straps and your own body!
