OBJECTIVE

Improve Officer Preparedness Through Scenario-Based and Skills-Focused Training

Create and conduct recurring scenario-based training exercises that simulate real-world events including crisis intervention, use-of-force decision-making, tactical incidents and high-risk encounters.

PURPOSE

COMPLETION DATE

To enhance officer readiness through realistic, practical training that reinforces policy, sharpens critical decision making, and improves officer performance under stress. This strengthens public trust and supports professional, effective service to the citizens of Orland Park.
