SPORTS CONDITIONING FOR KIDS

Classes feature kid friendly dance routines. We break down the steps, add games, activities and exploration. Gain confidence through this super fun fitness class. No class July 1.

This class is a blend of speed, agility, power and strength training geared to help any young athletes prepare for their upcoming seasons. This will help all young athletes focus and achieve their individual performance goals. No class July 5.
