replacement banner will be provided, if necessary, at no charge due to weather, vandalism or theft. The Village of Orland Park Recreation & Parks Department reserves the right to revise or decline any proposed design that is not high enough resolution or that includes inappropriate or offensive text or images. Agreement is not complete until payment has been received.
