YOUTH INJURY PREVENTION

SPORTS CONDITIONING FOR KIDS

ZUMBA KIDS Classes feature kid-friendly dance routines. We break down the steps, add games and activities and exploration. Gain confidence through this super fun fitness class. No class June 30.

Focus on body awareness and foundational strength with the goal of providing a fun twist on sports performance while incorporating major muscle groups to help reduce the risk of injuries in adolescent sports. No class July 3.

This class is a blend of speed, agility, power and strength training geared to help any young athletes prepare for their upcoming seasons. This will help all young athletes focus and achieve their individual performance goals. No class July 4.
