Great for a bachelorette party, Girl Scout troop outing or a FLY YOGA, BOOTY BARRE & ZUMBA parties ladies night out. GOLF CONDITIONING
STRONG AND ACTIVE Strength and cardio will be accomplished in this class. Developing strong muscles and working through cardio routines. Nutrition questions and answers will be incorporated in each session. No class July 3.

PELVIC FLOOR / LOW AB TONING AND RECOVERY
MUSCLE MINDFULNESS
HITT IT HARD This is a fast-paced, high intensity interval training session that combines cardio and strength. Take your training to the next level with explosive movement, full body muscle building and short recovery periods. This workout is intense, motivating and guaranteed to leave you feeling unstoppable! No class June 30. NEW

The class will focus on learning how to activate the correct muscles, improve form and enhance strength through intentional controlled reps. This training session will use a variety of equipment to learn how to correctly perform movements in order to maximize strength goals. No class July 4.
Whether you’re hoping to tone your lower abs, recover from past pregnancies or gain better pelvic control, you’ll find this class helpful. Classwork includes getting up and down from the floor and chairs. No class July 3.
