PILATES REFORMER Pilates is a non-impact, full-body exercise that works the deep intrinsic muscles of the core and helps coordinate mind, body and breath. The exercises are performed on mats or specialized equipment to strengthen muscles, flexibility and improve coordination. Intermediate students must have taken at least five all level classes. No class June 29, 30 & July 1, 2.

PILATES MAT Develop neglected muscle groups with the classic Pilates Mat exercises while integrating weights into the workout. This class is suitable for students of all levels. No class June 29 & July 3.
TRX BLAST This workout covers every major muscle group utilizing TRX straps. The format of this class is fast paced and open to all fitness levels. No class July 2.

PILATES / YOGA FUSION A blend of Yoga and Pilates put together for a great strength and stretch workout. Participants will enjoy a workout for mind and body. No class July 3.
PILATES MAX Pilates Max is a combo workout using the Pilates reformer, tower and chair with various exercises for stretching and lengthening of the muscles. Over 100 exercises can be done on the Pilates equipment which will work all muscle groups with focus on core. Great workout for intermediate-level participants. No class June 30.
FITNESS IN THE PARK Combined cardiovascular cross training will give you a unique workout for total body. Using your body weight and small park equipment to improve your fitness level in four weeks flat. Get outdoors and get moving. Class will meet at the Sportsplex during inclement weather.
