CHILD CARE Kids Club is a fun-filled and secure environment for children to enjoy while their parents utilize the Center. Kids Club features play equipment and a wide selection of games and toys. Our qualified and professional staff are CPR certified and provide attentive, interactive care in a familiar, clean and safe setting. In addition, there are planned daily activities to teach the benefits of exercise, inspire creativity and enhance social and developmental skills. These include youth fitness, arts and crafts and active games. Children may attend Kids Club for a maximum of two hours per day.

AQUA ZUMBA ® Perfect for those looking to make a splash by adding low impact, high-energy aquatic exercise to your fitness routine. With less impact on joints, water creates natural resistance, which means every step is more challenging and helps tone your muscles! Join us for this fun, new cardio class! Ongoing DAY/TIME: Wednesday / 9:30 AM-10:15 AM AGE: 12 and up LOCATION: OPHFC—Lap Pool FEE: Member FREE Resident $12 | Non-resident $22 SENIOR AQUA This class will focus on light cardiovascular conditioning and basic toning exercises. Equipment will be used. Participants will achieve improvements in muscular strength, balance, coordination and an increase in circulation. Water exercises help to reduce spasticity and maintain or improve joint flexibility and range of motion.
