NEW

Join us for a fun and social Ballroom and Latin Dance class. This class provides an introduction to the variety of ballroom styles—no partner or experience needed. It’s the perfect way to get moving and meet new people. No class June 30.

Join us to stretch as your body develops the tools that are needed to become a stronger and more limber you. Correctly learn how to increase flexibility and avoid injury through a series of standing, floor and dance barre stretches. No class July 2 & 3.

LYRICAL Lyrical dance combines ballet and jazz techniques to create expressive movement that tells a story through dance. Dancers will build strength, flexibility and emotion-filled choreography in a supportive and creative environment. No class July 2.

LINE DANCING INSTRUCTOR: Ray Ulrich | DAY: Tuesday LOCATION: Sportsplex—Aerobics Studio AGE: 18 and up BEGINNER This class is taught at a slower pace to introduce the steps and terminology for the beginner student. This dance class combines light exercise and dance. Participants are encouraged to go at their own pace and have a good time while doing it!

ADULT BALLET This adult ballet class welcomes dancers of all experience levels-whether you’re brand new or returning to the barre. You’ll build strength, improve flexibility and refine technique in a supportive, encouraging environment. A perfect way to energize your weekend and connect with the joy of dance! No class July 2.

POMS Rah Rah! Get ready to dance your way through the day with our Pixie Poms and Pom Squad classes! Whether you’re a budding dancer or a pom enthusiast, Poms has something for everyone. In our Pixie Poms class, little ones will discover the joy of movement, rhythm and teamwork in a fun and supportive environment. As for Pom Squad, this class adds an extra dose of sparkle, helping kids master advanced pom techniques, build confidence and form lasting friendships. From mastering fun routines to developing leadership and teamwork skills, Poms is the perfect place for your child to shine and grow! No class July 4.

INTERMEDIATE This class is for intermediate line dancers who have previous dance experience and know the terminology of the dance steps! Ray’s teaching style is patient and positive. Bring your enthusiasm and energy—you will be in for a rocking good time!
