REGISTRATION DEADLINE: Feb 6 CONTACT: Jessica Suerth | AGE: 18 and up PROG#: 100316 DEPARTS: Saturday, Feb 21 | 9 AM RETURNS: Sunday, Feb 22 | 12 PM LOCATION: Rec Admin—Parking Lot FEE: Resident $300 | Non-resident $450 ESSENTIAL OVERNIGHT TRIP CRITERIA: For all OPSR overnight trips, participants must meet essential eligibility requirements to attend. Participants registered for an overnight must be able to comply with the following expectations: • Carry out all activities of daily living independently (feeding, grooming, toileting, and dressing) with minimal prompting from staff. • Respectfully function and share sleeping quarters with peers. • Demonstrate coping skills and flexibility to changes in the trip schedule with minimal assistance from staff. • Actively participate in all planned activities related to the trip. • Function independently for various amounts of time throughout the trip without staff assistance (sleeping, personal care, and down time). • Actively participate in OPSR programming and successful completion of an overnight within the past 16 months. • This is a tier III trip functioning at a 1:4 staff to participant ratio.

98 PROCEDURE FOR TRIP PAYMENT PLANS A credit card is required for a payment schedule. A $25 service charge will be assessed for all rejected credit card payments. A deposit of one half of the fee is due at registration and the remaining balance will be due two weeks prior to the trip departure. WEEKEND GETAWAY
