VINYASA FLOW YOGA This style of yoga connects movement and breath, creating a seamless, one-breath, one-movement sequence. Vinyasa Yoga is a quicker paced yoga class that gives a great fitness workout. No class March 29.
YOGA FOR BEGINNERS Designed as an introduction to the practice of yoga. Class moves at a slower pace than an all levels class and focuses on developing clear and safe alignment in foundational poses. Come to learn, play and maybe even break a sweat in a supportive environment. No class March 23 & 26.

CHAIR YOGA Chair yoga is a good way to enjoy the benefits of yoga while seated on a chair or standing using the chair for support. This is great for anyone who needs more support or just wants a more gentle approach to the practice. Postures are modified and accessible for all. No class March 24.
FITNESS YOGA Focus on fundamentals such as alignment, breathing, flexibility, balance awareness and action in yoga poses. Core stabilization and strength will be emphasized. No class March 25.
YIN YOGA Yin Yoga is a gentle and relaxing all-level class that works deeply into the connective tissues and joints of the hips, pelvis and lower spine and is suitable to all levels of students through extended holds of postures. No class March 27.
