YOUTH

TRX BLAST This workout covers every major muscle group utilizing TRX straps. The format of this class is fast paced and open to all fitness levels. No class March 26.

CORE, GLUTES AND WEIGHTS

This class will keep you moving while training your whole body and working every muscle. Class will use the suspension training system (TRX), free weights and the BOSU for some core work. Get ready to get in the best shape ever. No class March 23.

BASEBALL ROTATIONAL POWER Class is designed for serious travel players or those trying out who want to improve and get ready for high school or college baseball. Emphasis will be on hitting power or pitching velocity. Focus will be on medicine ball/rotational strength training to work on sport specific power. You’ll focus on proper mobility to help you achieve the correct positions, allowing you to reduce power output and improve effieiency.

KICKBOXING Come practice Kickboxing with and without punching bags. Therapy benefits: safely get some aggression out in a fun and energetic setting. No class March 26.
