ROWING TO TONE Rowing is one of the best workouts! The movement will strengthen the core, arms and back, as well as build cardiovascular endurance. This workout incorporates stations with weights to burn muscles until fatigued. No class March 24 & 26.

STRONG BEYOND THE GYM Learn to work out more on your own, how to get the most out of your workouts and how to continue healthy habits outside of the classes when you come into the gym. There will be homework and expectations to complete before coming to each class. No class March 24.
