OWLS POWERLIFTING Athletes can participate in the bench press, deadlift and squat competitions. Participants will receive instructions from certified coaches to work on proper form, grip and techniques to maximize fitness goals.

OWLS SOFTBALL SPRING TRAINING Calling all Owls Softball athletes, shake off the rust and train for your best season yet! Athletes will work on their hitting, fielding, throwing, and catching to prepare for their upcoming season.

OWLS TRACK & FIELD Dust off the shot put and lace up your running shoes, it’s Track and Field season! Athletes will have the opportunity to compete in a variety of running and field events based on interest and skill level.

OWLS SOFTBALL Join the excitement of America’s favorite pastime! Teams will be assessed and grouped according to skill/ability level and will consist of a coach pitch and traditional slow pitch teams.

OWLS SOCCER Athletes will work on endurance, balance, coordination and teamwork. Practices will start indoors followed by games and the district tournament in April.
