Join us before the holiday weekend to learn about the Industrial Revolution and how it influenced brewing world-wide. The program focuses on pale beers, as technology to keep beer light in color was not invented until the early to mid 1800s. This created a revolution where pale beers became, and still are, the most popular beers. Beers will be sampled!
