When leaving, please be very careful of people in the parking lot. Let’s have a fun and safe summer. • Please follow the pattern for pick-up and drop-off • No pick-up or drop-off in front of building • Please stay in a single line for safety purposes • Please do not arrive before 2:50 p.m. for pick-up Opportunity for Breakfast Club 7 a.m. - 8:45 a.m. Breakfast Club is designed for early morning campers to start their day. The program meets Monday through Friday at the location of your childs’ Day Camp. The program requires an additional fee. Breakfast Club will not accept campers prior to 7 a.m. Breakfast is provided daily. Campers will have the choice of planned activities. Campers will transition directly into the camp day. Breakfast Club follows the same guidelines as Explorers. This includes all rules and regulations set forth in this handbook. Opportunity for Explorers Plus 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. This program is designed as an extension of the camper’s day and compliments the Day Camp program. All guidelines, rules, and regulations set forth in this handbook apply to the Plus program. Possible Plus activities include: • Daily snack • On site field trips/entertainment • Theme days with correlating activities • Walking field trips to parks and other local attractions • Variety of games, sports and projects All children must be picked up by 6 p.m. In the event of an emergency, the parents are responsible for making arrangements for the child to be picked up. Parents will be asked to sign a daily sign-out sheet before their child is released. Please refer to page 2 under Closing Time for late pick up policy. 11
