The Exhibition Room is a spacious column-free room that comfortably seats up to 225 guests for dinner and 400 for meetings, seminars, training sessions and more. The Exhibition r o o m on attendance. Liquor may be served at private parties. A liquor license is required for fundraising organizations. DJs and caterers are permitted. The Civic Center charges $1.00 per person service charge for events at which food is served. The Jane Barnes Annex seats 125 guests for dinner or meeting space for 25 to 200. It is an open area that is perfectly suited for exhibits, buffets or receiving lines.
