Orland Park Public Library

The Orland Park Public Library serves the residents of the Village of Orland Park. The library moved into its award- winning 93,000 square foot building in September 2004. Patrons of all ages have access to a well-rounded collection of both print and non-print materials, educational and recreational programs, computers and instructional computer classes, excellent reference service, outreach programs for seniors and homebound patrons, and story times for children.

Aug 10 | 10 AM | Wednesday Large Meeting Room - 104 Cathy Braxton, certified dementia communication specialist, demonstrates her unconventional but effective technique of blending improv and empathy. These concepts prove to be profound in guiding caregivers on how to better communicate.

Meet us at the Pavilion ready to rock. This high energy rock band plays tribute songs from the 80s. Bring your dancing shoes.

Self-taught and emerging artist Adrianna Frye exhibits her colorful mandalas and dreamlike abstract paintings in acrylics and oils.
