For more than 45 years, we have guided individuals, caregivers, families and friends along the best path to aging – providing resources, advocacy programs and services needed to live with independence and dignity in the community. Pathlights keeps people connected with remote events. Add monthly support groups to your schedule and visit pathlights.org often to find out about new events. There is no charge for these events. Do you care for Someone with Alzheimer’s Disease?
Our Caregiver Resource Center provides education and assistance and we can guide you along the best path. Has someone in your family been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s Disease or a related disorder? You are not alone in needing support. We can help you understand your options and navigate the multiple paths to aging. We host monthly support groups, convene experts for engaging events, provide Respite services and consult about financial assistance, legal issues, self-care and strategies to connect at every stage of the disease.
