PATHLIGHTS
Learn how to have a conversation about your wishes and alternate plans as you age at our free session at Lemont Township Community Center. In addition, Pathlights’ Advocacy & Benefits counselors will be available from 9 AM to 4 PM that day to assist older adults (60+) on questions and applications for the Medicare Savings program, Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Senior Health Insurance Program (SHIP), Benefits Access program and Medicare Part D. There is no charge for this service.

Caregivers Connecting
Aug 17 | 10 AM | Wednesday Staying connected and involved is more important than ever. Our monthly support group gives you a chance to talk with other family caregivers in similar situations, share experiences, advice and words of encouragement. Dial in on your phone or visit by video with a computer.

Please join State Senator Curran and House Minority Leader Jim Durkin for a Senior Fair in Lemont. Free admission, free refreshments and a variety of free screenings will be available. A number of local vendors will also be on hand to discuss programs and services that benefit seniors.
