For more than 45 years, we have guided individuals, caregivers, families, and friends along the best path to aging – providing resources, advocacy programs, and services needed to live with independence and dignity in the community. Pathlights keeps people connected with remote events. Add monthly support groups to your schedule and visit pathlights.org often to find out about new events. There is no charge for these events.

Our “Path to Financial Stability” program helps people learn about and apply for benefits.

Pathlights, formerly known as PLOWS Council on Aging, helps navigate and celebrate aging in the Southwest Suburbs of Cook County.

This program is for adults over 60 years and adults with disabilities.
