Orland Park Public Library

The Orland Park Public Library serves the residents of the Village of Orland Park. The library moved into its award- winning 93,000 square foot building in September 2004. Patrons of all ages have access to a well-rounded collection of both print and non-print materials, educational and recreational programs, computers and instructional computer classes, excellent reference service, outreach programs for seniors and homebound patrons, and story times for children.

Nov 9 | 6 PM | Wednesday OPPL – RM104 Guided Meditation Classes -Success Join Renee Oswald for her Guided Meditation Series. She is a certified hypnotherapist with the goal of supporting people make the changes they want in life.

Nov 3 | 10:30 AM | Wednesday |OPPL – RM104 Memory Cafe A monthly social gathering for people living with Alzheimer’s and related dementias and their care partners. Each monthly session offers an art or music activity and gives participants a chance to meet and enjoy time together.

Oct 28 | 7 PM Friday | OPPL – RM104 Haunted Midwest

Do you believe in ghosts? Dale Kaczmarek, a noted expert in the field of the supernatural and paranormal, takes you on an armchair journey through several Midwest locations that have been investigated by the GRS: The Ghost Research Society.
