OPEN GYM | OPEN FIELD POLICY Open Gym/Open Field hours are subject to change and do not pertain to school days off. A schedule will be posted at the gym and field entrances. Sportsplex reserves the right to limit the number of participants in Open Gym. NO ORGANIZED PRACTICES OR PAID TRAINING/COACHING DURING OPEN GYM/OPEN FIELD TIMES. ALL PARTICIPANTS, 13 AND UNDER, MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT. THIS INCLUDES SPORTSPLEX MEMBERS. OPEN GYM | OPEN FIELD SCHEDULE

• Personal belongings are not allowed in the gym or soccer arena on Fridays (4:00p-10:00p), Saturdays (2:00p-9:00p), Sundays (2:00p-8:00p) and all school holidays. • Participants must be engaged in a sporting activity in the gym/soccer field or will be asked to leave the area. • The Village retains the right to suspend any individual from the Sportsplex and/or all other Village facilities if the actions by the individual warrant such action.

• ID photos must be updated annually. • A ratio of up to five children to one parent shall be permitted. • A parent must be present in the gym or soccer arena within view of the child(ren)13 and under at all times. • All open gym/open field participants must wear a Sportsplex wristband at all times. No refunds or replacement wiristband will be given if the wristband is lost.

• To participate in open gym/open field, participants must register for a Resident ID, Non-resident ID or be a Sportsplex member. • Drop-in users under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign a Recreation and Parks registration waiver form prior to admission. • Driver’s license or state ID will be necessary to prove residency.

RESIDENT DROP-IN PLAY PASS The Recreation and Parks Department is now offering discounted play passes for Drop-In Play. Passes have been designed for your convenience by eliminating the need to carry cash. Drop-In Play passes are only available to use at the Sportsplex and can be used for drop-in gym, soccer field, and climbing wall during drop-in play hours. Passes can be purchased in groups of 5, 10, and 20 visit increments at a discounted rate of 10%-20% off the drop-in fee. The more purchased, the more saved. Credits on passes may not be shared or transferred .
