BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE
FITNESS WEIGHT LOSS BOOTCAMP Participants will go through drills, weight stations and cardio circuits to work muscles, burn calories and get fit! Measurements and body fat analysis will be taken during the course of the program. All fitness levels welcome. No class March 26 & 28.
SENIOR FITNESS BOOT CAMP
Join this class for a great full body workout. Each week will include a different workout with moderate to advanced exercises. Strength and cardio exercises will be combined to emphasize functional fitness including power, strength, endurance, agility, mobility and speed. This class is for anybody who is up for a challenge in a supportive setting. No class March 29.
This class will help improve balance, strength and cardiovascular endurance. Participants will work at their own pace and modifications will be made for those with an injury. No class Mar 26, 28 & May 27.
