ROAD IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM

PHASE 2

• Teebrook Subdivision (151st Street & Teebrook Drive) • Arbor Pointe Subdivision, including nearby Grandview Drive (151st Street & Arbor, Alpine Drive) • Persimmon Ridge, Persimmon Glen, Persimmon Meadows, Ashford Court (142nd Street & 108th Avenue) • Seton Place Subdivision (166th Place & 94th Avenue) • Golfview Condos (157th Street at Brassie Court, Foxbend Court, Deerfield Court and Sunset Ridge Court) STREET MAINTENANCE • Asphalt patching at various locations throughout the Village • Pavement crack sealing in neighborhoods paved within the last five (5) years • Pavement Marking - refresh road striping on 151st Street from Harlem to 94th Avenue

VILLAGE PARKING LOT MAINTENANCE/ RECONSTRUCTION • Village Complex Civic Center (147th Street and Ravinia Avenue) • Cachey Park (Edgewood Drive and Wheeler Drive) • Brentwood Park (Pine Street and Doral Lane) • Discovery Park (Brook Hill Drive and Ashwood Lane) PEDESTRIAN PATH IMPROVEMENTS (SEALCOATING) • Stellwagen Farm loop (108th Avenue and Louetta Lane) • Southwest Highway segment (Brook Hill Drive to Highwood Drive) • LaGrange Road segment (131st Street to 141st Street) • 104th Avenue segment (167th Street to 163rd Place)

Phase 2 of the 2019 Road Improvement Program is close to completion. The village has hired vendor Austin Tyler Construction to assist in improving village roadways. In addition to complete street repaving, crews trimmed area trees and repaired or replaced crosswalks, sidewalks and curbs. Storm sewers in need of repair are being attended to and pavement underdrains have been installed. Earlier in 2019, the village board voted to add several subdivisions and over 6 miles of roads to the improvements project.
