CAN I BRING MY CAMPER OR BOAT HOME?

CAN I PLACE BAGS OF GARBAGE AT THE CURB FOR PICK UP?

Yes, but village ordinance only allows for one (1) recreational vehicle per residence. Vehicle must be parked on the driveway, not in grass or gravel, and may not block the sidewalk.

No, all garbage must be placed at the curb in a covered container with a tight fitting lid. Garbage cans may only be placed at the curb for 24 hours from placement to retrieval of cans. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE ELECTRICAL AGGREGATION PROGRAM IN ORLAND PARK? The Village of Orland Park Board of Trustees declined to renew the Electrical Municipal Aggregation Program. The power market is volatile; therefore, the proposed agreement did not result in cost savings to residents or business owners. The Village will monitor aggregation pricing and may reengage the Electrical Municipal Aggregation Program in future years if it provides benefit. All residents in Orland Park, without their own private supplier, will continue paying the ComEd rate. WHO TRIMS MY PARKWAY TREES?

Although residential parkway is Village of Orland Park property, the trees must be trimmed by the homeowner. By ordinance, trees must have an eight (8) foot clearance from the ground and sidewalks.
