HOLIDAY PAINT & SIP Create your own holiday masterpiece with guidance from Gergana of Magenta Moon Art School. She will help provide you with ideas, but this will be an art class where you will use your own creativity and bring out the artist that is in you! Visit the Old Orland Historic District this holiday season! See the Humphrey House decorated for Christmas while enjoying festive wine and music on the porch. Walk the luminary path down Beacon Avenue to shop at the local antique stores and end the evening at the Museum, enjoying a presentation about the most beloved Chicago holiday movies, including National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation, Home Alone, and While You Were Sleeping. PARTNERS IN WINE Enjoy a Friday night out wine tasting with hors d’ oeuvres on the porch of the historic Humphrey House. A show of illusions to take place at the Museum after the tasting. Wine and refreshments included in price.

MURDER MYSTERY AT THE HUMPHREY HOUSE Have you seen the movie Clue? Do you enjoy playing the game? Put on your detective caps and participate in our first ever murder mystery at the Humphrey House! Refreshments, wine, and beer will be served. Please register, space is limited.

HOLIDAY TEA TASTING Enjoy an afternoon of tea and hors d’oeuvres at the Humphrey House. A variety of holiday teas will be offered to sample. Tours of the home will be available and a short presentation about how the Humphrey family celebrated Christmas will be given. Please register, space is limited.
