Veterans Liberty Run & Walk: The annual Independence Day tradition, Veterans Liberty Run & Walk took place on July 3. Four hundred and eight participants ran and walked through a one and two mile course around Centennial Park. Awards were given to the top overall male and female finisher and the top three male and female finishers in each age group. A portion of the proceeds were donated to local veterans’ organizations.
