CHALLENGER SPORTS CORE SOCCER CAMP Coached by our team of international and US based staff, our camps improve your child’s soccer skills while providing a unique cultural experience. Our curriculum and coaching foundation provides an all-around positive experience which includes an educational approach using soccer to teach the core values of responsibility, integrity, respect, sportsmanship and leadership. Camps are designed for all ages and ability levels, from beginner to advanced players. We use age appropriate practices to help players develop at their own pace, learn new skills and become an all-round better player. Please Note: A $10 late registration fee will be imposed within 2 weeks of camp start date (6/9 & 7/21 respectively). A $40 non-refundable charge will be assessed on all refunds after June 5. AGE: 7 to 13 LOCATION: Centennial Park—Soccer 1 Ultimate is a fast, fun, easy-to-learn field game played with a flying disc (Frisbee). It is a non contact sport that combines the athleticism of running and quick change of direction with the skills of throwing and catching. Players advance the disc by completing passes to teammates. DISC CLINIC Ultimate is a fast, fun, easy-to-learn field game played with a flying disc (Frisbee). It combines the athleticism of running and agility with the skills of throwing and catching. All levels of players are invited to build their throwing and catching skills, and learn the basic rules in this fun, game-based clinic hosted by the Chicago Union.

This multi-sport program was developed to give children a positive first step into athletics. Sports are taught in a safe, structured environment filled with encouragement and fun. Through exciting games and activities, campers explore balance, hand/eye coordination and skill development at their own pace.

DISC CAMP The Chicago Union offers this week-long camp introducing basic rules, throwing/catching techniques, and offensive/defensive strategies to develop skills through games and activities. Emphasis will be placed on teamwork, good spirit and the joy of playing this fun game! Participants also receive a Union disc, replica jersey, and 4 tickets to a game. Participants of all ability levels are encouraged to join.

SKYHAWKS MULTI-SPORTS CAMP* Multi-sports camp is designed to introduce young athletes to a variety of different sports in one setting including soccer, baseball and basketball. Athletes will learn the rules and essential skills of each sport, along with vital life lessons such as sportsmanship and teamwork.

INCLUSION The Village of ORland Park welcomes participants with special needs in all areas of programming. We strive to make all programs an optimal experience by providing reasonable accommodations to the program. The Special Recreation Division provides inclusion assistance to programs servicing clientele ages 3 years and up. Please indicate at the time of registration that 1:1 assistance is needed. Programs that are not eligible for 1:1 services are as follows: Parent/Tot classes, off-site and/ or contracted programs and day care services.
