TRIPLE THREAT Triple Threat is designed for those looking to increase their overall strength, cardiac output and improve core strength and stability. This program provides individuals with a fun yet challenging approach to weightlifting. We will meet twice a week for four weeks. Strength will be evaluated at the beginning and end of your program to measure your progress. This small group style training is limited to six participants per class – sign up while space is available! GET TO WORK 8 WEEKS

EMOM is an acronym that stands for ‘every minute on the minute’. This High Intensity Interval Training style workout will challenge you to complete exercises for a certain number of reps in less than 60 seconds. Once you complete the exercises you use the rest of the minute to rest until the next minute starts. This class is designed to help build muscular strength, increase stamina, lower body fat percentage and improve core strength.
