ROWING TO TONE Rowing is one of the best workouts! The movement will strengthen the core, arms and back, as well as build cardiovascular endurance. This workout incorporates stations with weights to burn muscles until fatigued. No class November 26.

DROP SET EXPRESS This class will consist of 30 minutes of continual Drop Sets with little to no down time, targeting every muscle group in each session. Drop sets are the technique for continuing an exercise with a lower weight once muscle failure has been achieved at a higher weight, allowing you to do many back-to-back sets on the same muscle group without rest time in between. This method of strength training will no doubt provide you with the most bang for your buck! No class November 27.

In this 30 minute class, participants will be set up in individual weight lifting stations to optimize their weight lifting effectiveness and efficiency. Each station will train and tone all muscle groups evenly with no lag time, ensuring the participants get the most out of each and every session. No class November 28.

PILATES JUMP & SCULPT Looking to boost your routine and kick it up a notch? Our jump boards will be used to add in plyometric sports performance training on the reformer. No class November 27.
