ROWING TO TONE Rowing is one of the best workouts! The movement will strengthen the core, arms and back, as well as build cardiovascular endurance. This workout incorporates stations with weights to burn muscles until fatigued. No class July 2.

BODY SCULPTING WORKOUT Body Sculpting Workout is for exercise and weightlifting enthusiasts of all levels whose goal is to build lean, shapely muscles. This class will focus on optimizing muscle tone and growth with maximum efficiency. It will include continuously implementing innovative, alternative and productive body sculpting workouts for ideal results. No class July 5. Jul 25-Aug 29 RESISTANCE BAND BODY WORK EXPRESS This half-hour class is an intense workout with different resistance bands for legs, arms, chest, back and abs. A full body workout in half the time! No class July 4.

NEW TOTAL BODY TRAINING Participants will learn to strengthen and tone their body with proper form in free weights and machines. Toning and strengthening will be taught based upon goals and any health limitations. Train hard and get the results you want. No class July 1.
