DROP SET EXPRESS This class will consist of 30 minutes of continual Drop Sets with little to no down time, targeting every muscle group in each session. Drop sets are the technique for continuing an exercise with a lower weight once muscle failure has been achieved at a higher weight, allowing you to do many back-to-back sets on the same muscle group without rest time in between. This method of strength training will no doubt provide you with the most bang for your buck! No class March 27. NEW

CORE, TRX & WEIGHTS This class will keep you moving while training your whole body and working every muscle. Class will use the suspension training system (TRX), free weights and the BOSU for some core work. Get ready to get in the best shape ever. No class March 25 & May 27.

BOOT CAMP FOR KIDS/TEENS

Challenge yourself to improve health & fitness! A certified personal trainer will lead you through drills and obstacle courses. These workouts will incorporate weights, tubes, cardio machines, jump ropes, BOSUs and more. No class March 25, 27 & May 27.

SPORTS CONDITIONING FOR KIDS Blend of speed, agility, power and strength training geared to help any young athletes prepare for their upcoming seasons. This will help all young athletes focus and achieve their individual performance goals. No class March 30.

MUSCLE & TONE EXPRESS

Mix up your workouts with different cardio workouts and full body weight training really targeting your core! Learn new machines, body weight exercises and free weight exercises to get your heart pumping and muscles working to blast calories and get strong! All fitness levels welcome. No Class March 27.

NEW

In this 30 minute class, participants will be set up in individual weight lifting stations to optimize their weight lifting effectiveness and efficiency. Each station will train and tone all muscle groups evenly with no lag time, ensuring the participants get the most out of each and every session. No Class March 28.

Young athletes looking to gain strength and mobility will benefit from this class. Athletic skills and strength training for kids and teens will be the focus of these workouts. No class March 25 & May 27.
