GENTLE YOGA A beginner yoga class designed to meet the needs of seniors and other participants with special needs. Chairs will be used. PELVIC FLOOR Join us for a relaxing, informative yoga experience focusing on your pelvic wellness. This class helps improve the health of your bladder, bowel movements and intimate activities. Men and women will learn to breathe into the pelvis and to create optimized feelings of wellness. Participants need to be able to get to and from the floor with the assistance of a chair. Join us for this moderate-intensity class. We will focus on muscular endurance and stability by utilizing suspension straps and your own body!
